We started a Podcast!

Happy New Year, Thrasher Fam!

Hope the start of 2025 has been easy on you all! Over here at The Thrasher House, we have started the year off at a full sprint! Many new and exciting things to come for our speed bag community.

Starting off, we have created a new pocast called, The Storage Room. Why the storage room, you ask? There is a deep meaning behind the name and we touch base on it during our first episode with the legendary Zach Ruffo, aka SpeedBagSkunk.

Juan Zambrano aka SpeedBagJZ made this happen. Jeff expressed his desire to someday have a podcast and Juan took "someday" into high gear and made it happen today! He is our producer and we couldn't be happier to have him as a new member of our Thrasher House team.

Episode 1 of The Thrasher House Storage Room starts with our guest, Zach Ruffo/SpeedBagSkunk! We get to pick his brain a bit and hear of his journey to the rhythm bagging he does today. The day of his Mystery Man video and a little insight into his journey with Everlast, Muscle Up, as well as, his relationship with The Godfather of Speed Bag, Alan Kahn. Zach is one of Jeff's greatest influences as to why he hits the bag the way he does now. It was fitting to have him as our very first guest.

Currently, we are using YouTube as our platform. We plan on being on Spotify within the next few pocasts. Thank you for tuning in!
